SANROCCO VINO BIANCO
A combination of Pinot Noir and Riesling, this white wine is well-structured, but also fresh and fruity. It should be served not too cold in order not to lose its complexity.
IN THE VINEYARD
From vineyards of the Alba estate: Pinot Nero and Riesling.
Manual harvesting, immediate soft pressing, settling for 24 hours at 8° to 10° C, decanting, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 20° to 22° C, storage on fine lees for several months. Natural refrigeration in winter and spring bottling.
Alcohol content: 12-13% vol.
Total acidity: 5.5-6.5 gr/l.
Dry extract: 18-28 gr/l.
Bright straw yellow colour, complex, refined nose (hawthorn, pear and fresh hazelnut); in the mouth, fresh, sapid and balanced with good fruity persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, at the table it can go very well with hors d’oeuvres.
Serving temperature: 9-11°C – serve in glasses of medium capacity (tulip shape).
